2013年我校哲學社會科學成果突出，其中我校商學院蘇峻、計算機與信息工程學院孫繼蘭、經濟學院郭志超、商學院鄧春平四位老師撰寫的論文分別被SSCI全文收錄。這是我校近五年來論文首次被SSCI收錄。理學院唐穎老師發表的文章被A&HCI全文收錄，實現了A&HC收錄我校論文零的突破。
社會科學引文索引（英文全稱Social Sciences Citation Index簡稱SSCI）是由美國科學信息研究所創建，是目前世界上用來對不同國家和地區的社會科學論文數量進行統計分析的大型檢索工具，內容覆蓋人類學、法律、經濟、歷史、地理、心理學等領域。它同科學引文索引（英文Science Citation Index簡稱SCI）一樣，其收錄的文獻能夠覆蓋全世界最重要和最有影響力的研究成果。
藝術與人文科學索引(英文全稱Arts & Humanities Citation Index簡稱A&HCI)完整地收錄了藝術與人文科學25個學科的1100多種期刊，還包括ISI各個數據庫中有關藝術與人文科學方面的其它7000種期刊中的內容，其內容涉及各個藝術領域，如視覺、音樂、表演、文學、工藝、歷史、宗教等等。
